I was listening to a company on today’s early morning radio show, Now he will come to your house in a colorful truck and service your a/c for 29.00. Now he claims that his techs will not sell you anything that you do not need and if they feel they have to, he will not hire them.

2. How are you being paid?
I pay by the hour with no commission. As I understand it his techs get paid by what they sell. They get 5 dollars per maintenance unless they sell a service.
